FORMER SENATE MAJORITY LEADER

The Senate Majority Leader from Kentucky has replaced DT as the most dangerous politician in America. He has outright unashamedly refused to submit bills to the Senate floor for a vote as he senses a lot of Republican Senators are ready to jump ship. Other actions or lack of include the following:

  Why did the Senate majority leader block a possible veto-proof Congress from opening the government? The 800,000 people who are struggling without paychecks must be asking the same question. This shutdown could have ended if he would let the Senate vote for a bill that’s already passed in the house. However, he blocked a bill previously passed by Republicans in the Senate. But for now, it appears this legislative body is protecting the executive branch from accountability. In addition, he was part of the eight Republicans who blocked votes to reinsert lifted sanctions on a Russian Oligarch. Are his hands dirty with Russian money like Trump?

The majority leader stole a Supreme court seat, blocked every measure to expand voting rights, and killed every bill to protect our elections from Russian attacks. This man is a traitor to America and to our Democracy.

A group of 120 Kentucky coal miners with black lung disease traveled over 10 hours to meet with him to plead with him to support a tax on coal companies that would off-set their crippling health care expenses. However, the Senator left the meeting after two minutes. He plans on blocking the measure.

The Senator wants to know if Democrats will work with the GOP or simply put partisan politics ahead of country? Well, he blocked an Obama Supreme court nominee and obstructed Obama at every turn, refused to call out Russia for attacking our democracy and has blocked every effort to protect the Mueller investigation into the Trump alleged treason. Now he wants bi-partisanship? 

He continues to refuse to bring to the floor gun legislation. He won’t even allow it to be discussed.

It’s been reported that he:

– allegedly took $2.5M from a Russian oligarch

– got classified briefings about Russian hacking and buried it

– got a rapist drunk confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice

– He refused to bring to a Senate vote House measures to open the Government

– He has turned something as well intended as making election day a holiday into a vast left-wing conspiracy by democrats to grab power.

He has stated that one of my proudest moments was when I told Obama “You will not fill this Supreme Court vacancy”. He went on to say in 2017 – Apparently there’s yet a new standard now which is to not confirm a Supreme Court nominee at all. I think that’s something the American people simply will not tolerate.

So now he stands up in the Senate and complains about the Dems obstructing with Kavanaugh? As if he and the GOP didn’t do the same with Garland?

He has voted 6 times to raise his pay and also voted 15 times against raising the minimum wage

He blames entitlements not the GOP for the rising deficits. So, instead of blaming their giant tax cuts for billionaires they are blaming regular average poor American’s.

He has blocked a Bipartisan bill to safeguard the Mueller probe. No surprises here.

His approval rating as of July 2019 has plummeted. 75% of voters disprove of him. He has made it his mission to obliterate Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. He should resign immediately.

For whatever reason, he refuses to submit for a Senate vote, measures to prevent foreign governments from hacking our elections. Why? He sees election security safeguards as partisan politics. Why?

He has killed two bills intended to ensure voting security. Just one day after Robert Mueller warned that the Russians were attempting to sabotage the 2020 presidential election again. In addition, he has received numerous donations from voting machine lobbyists. 

It’s now being reported that a firm with ties to a Russian Oligarch is pouring millions into Kentucky. Under Obama, this would be a scandal.

To date, he is currently blocking 121 bills in Congress. That is, he will not submit them for a Senate floor vote

This is not “pick on Majority Leader” day, but things keep popping up. For example: How does someone making $193,000 a year have a net worth of $26.9M

His net worth in 2005 was $2.9M

His net worth in 2015 is $26.9M

His net worth in 2019-2020 should be over $30M

He increased his net worth $2.4M every year for 10 years. The people he represents live in poverty. Owsley county Kentucky has the highest use of food stamps of any state county in America.  They are 99.2% white and 95% Republican. Yes, his wife’s family has some coins, but this is still ridiculous.

He is upset because some are associating his name with Moscow. Well, he has earned the name. His un-willingness to a allow a Senate floor vote to harden our elections against cyber-attacks boarders on criminality

He has been in Congress since 1985 and most of his donors are Wall Street elites. As such, does anyone actually believe that he cares about his constituents? The people of Kentucky must save the country by voting him out of office.

While President Obama was in office the Majority Leader held vacant nearly 140 judgeship vacancies so that Trump could fill them

He stated in 2017, that tax cuts won’t increase the deficit

He now says the exploding deficit is very disturbing and it is driven by Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid.

Senate majority leader blocked a duly nominated candidate for the Supreme Court Justice contrary to the U.S. Constitution. He felt that this was appropriate and even patriotic. He also conspired to prevent the American people from knowing about Russian hacking.

Regarding impeachment for President Bill Clinton, he once said “I’m completely and utterly perplexed by those who argue perjury and obstruction of justice are not high crimes and misdemeanors”

Between 2015 and 2016 one of the two richest Russian men in the UK donated $2.5m to the Senate Leadership Fund and an additional $1m to his committee via his company access holdings. Two Russians hold a 20.5% stake in Rusal, a company owned by a Russian Oligarch.   The Senate Majority Leader has blocked Democratic sanctions on Rusal

The Senate Majority Leader now says he is ready to debate assault weapons ban. What’s there to debate?

The Senate Majority Leader refused to call back Senators from their summer break session to discuss and /or pass legislation for assault weapons ban.  

Apparently, the system of checks and balances, the idea that each of the three branches of Government can limit the powers of the others is not functioning. The Senate Majority Leader refusal to bring to the Senate floor any bill or measure that he or DT doesn’t like is also his refusal to do the job that was given to him by the American people. Maybe he misunderstands what the word “checks” means He may be thinking that his job is to check what appeases him and the president not the Senate or the American people. Or he may be thinking about the fat checks he receives from donors. That explains it.

LAST MONTH, HE WAS RUSHED TO A HOSPITAL FROM HIS DC HOME UNCONSCIOUS. DISPATCHERS DISCLOSED THAT CPR WAS IN PROGRESS FOR A CARDIAC ARREST AS MCCONNEL WAS TRANSPORTED IN AN ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE. SOME ARE SAYING THAT HIS STAFF KEPT A TIGHT LID ON OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS IN ORDER TO STOP TRUMPS SAVE AMERICA ACT. MCCONNEL FELL IN OCT 2025 AND COULD BARELY SPEAK. NOW THE PUBLIC IS SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE THAT HE IS NOW MAKING PHONE CALLS FROM HIS HOSPITAL ROOM.
